In the spare time, a number of foodies would like to make cute cakes or bread for themselves, but out of their expectation, the cake or bread are often not delicious to eat. Therefore, we have a confusion that why they cannot make cakes or bread as well as professional bakers at bakeries. Perhaps, you are not willing to believe such a fact that it is the small baking flour sifter that makes a big difference between home-made cake and ready-made cake. Anyway, this is not a fiction but a fact in our daily life.

However, according to our common sense, sifters made of steel wire woven mesh is the best of all. This is because that it can prevent the flour from blocking effectively and make the flour stirred easily. Besides, when we make desserts, we had better not stir flour again and again after sifting it with a flour sifter, or else it will be not tough and chewy in taste.
